The Rwanda International Trade Fair also known as Gikondo Expo is back with its 28th Edition set from 29th July up to 17th August 2025.
The Private Sector Federation of Rwanda, in partnership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, is proud to announce the 28th edition of the Rwanda International Trade Fair known as the Expo 2015. The Exposition is scheduled to take place from 29th July to 17th August 2025 at the Gikondo Expo Grounds in Kigali.
The Expo 2025 is expected to attract over 25,000 visitors per day, with participation from 30 countries and 450–500 exhibitors across diverse sectors, making it one of the largest trade fairs in the region.
This year’s exhibition will showcase a wide spectrum of industries including Telecommunication and IT, Public Institutions, Construction, Agriculture, Electronics, Petroleum, Machinery, Textiles, Tourism, Handcrafts, Furniture, Mining, Banking, Food and Beverages, and more.
Key Dates and Highlights
– Opening Day: Tuesday, 29th July 2025
– Official Opening Ceremony / High-Level Expo Visit: Thursday, 31st July 2025
– Awarding Ceremony for Best Exhibitors: Thursday, 14th August 2025
– Closing Day & Press Conference: Sunday, 17th August 2025

Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight
Exhibition Opportunities
Exhibitors can book standard 9 sqm booths at USD 1,350 or USD 1,500 for corner stands. Registered exhibitors will receive badges and have access to hire additional exhibition equipment from private suppliers.
