In the framework of the UNESCO Participatory Program (PP), Rwanda National Commission for UNESCO has the pleasure of inviting all Rwandans who meet the requirements to submit projects for small grants aligned with UNESCO’s major program namely:
-Education and Youth,
-Science and Technology,
-Communication and Information,
-Culture and Human Science
Who may apply?:
-Non-Government organizations,
-Government institutions (Ministries, Public agencies, Schools, High Learning Institutions),
-Individuals
Applicant will apply to finance their projects related to the educational scientific material or equipment purchase, publication, conference or workshops organization.
Required Documents:
-Application letter addressed to the Director General of UNESCO through the Secretary General of Rwanda National Commission for UNESCO.
-Recommendation letter from the Minister in charge of the sector related to the project proposal, In case the project is from public institutions or individual civil servants.
-Recommendation letter from High Learning and research institutions or Head of Universities for Academia and research projects.
-Recommendation letter from the Mayor of the District in case projects from Individuals, Schools, or NGOs operating at the district level
-Work Certificate for cooperatives or NGOs.

Applications can be deposited at the Rwanda National Commission for UNESCO HQ Office located at Kimironko KG17 Avenue, (Near REB Office), during working hours.
